Become a Volunteer

Volunteer work has always been and continues to be the foundation that enables the Lennoxville Library to run smoothly. Be it only for a single hour or a few hours, each persons’ contribution is important and greatly appreciated. As a volunteer you have no obligations – feel free to come and go as you please.

Volunteers help out with the tasks they are most interested in and vary from shelving books, covering and labeling books, participating on book acquisition committees, animating children’s activities, serving customers at the Front Desk or being a member on the Library Board.

Becoming a volunteer at the Lennoxville Library opens the door to a place where you can meet new and friendly people as well as practice a second language. We are proud to offer a fully bilingual environment.

If you are interested in joining our team, simply present yourself during the Library hours. Together, we will find an activity that best matches your skills, availability and personal preferences.
